You get the PokeRadar after you go inside the Pal Park for the first
time after you beat the E4. Use it in any patch of grass and a wild
Pokemon may or may not appear, it is indicated by a patch of shaking
grass near you. Sometimes it will be one of the Pokemon in the list
below.
