Flint
General Info - Poor fire types... they were completely
ignored this generation, but at least they got one of the Elite
Four to use them, although he only has two. But anyways, Fire
types are weak against Water, Rock, and Ground.
Lv58 (Fire) - Rapidash is probably faster then your
Pokemon, and may use bounce on the first move which allow you
to stat-up for free. If you use a Pokemon that is resistant to
Fire attacks and Flying (for Bounce), use it, and attack
with Water, Rock, or Ground.
Lv57 (Steel/Ground) - The first of the non-Steel types
on Flint's team, Steelix doesn't pack much of a punch, but it sure
can take a *physical* hit. So Earthquake may or may not be the
best choice depending on how high your Pokemon's attack is. Any
respectable Water type should OHKO it, however.
Lv58 (Ghost/Flying) - Watch out for Will-o-Wisp, which
could cripple your Pokemon if it hits. Otherwise it is pretty
unthreatening, and is KOed easily with Dark, Electric, or Rock
type attacks. It may be useful to remember that Fighting and
Normal type attacks have no effect on Ghost types.
Lv57 (Normal) - The only thing that Loppuny can do that
will annoy you is Charm you, and Charm you he shall. Charm cuts
your Pokemon's attack down by two levels, so it is best to attack
it with a special attacker that won't care a bit about it's
physical attack.
Lv61 (Fire/Fighting) - Don't be afraid of the first
Pokemon you've seen above level 60, if you can survive Infernape's
attacks it will go down swiftly with any Ground, Flying, Psychic,
or Water type attack.
